Made in partnership with our friends at Hartland Abbitoir in Middleport, NY. This double-smoked bacon is some of the best we’ve ever had. Great for breakfast, BLTs for lunch, or bacon-wrapped filets for dinner. They are sliced not too thick yet not too thin. Because of the low water weight, this bacon holds its shape and fries up extra crispy.
