These cups combine the some tasty breakfast classics. They’re insanely easy to make and perfect for a busy morning on-the-go.
4 Whole Grain Wraps, Sprayed with Non-Stick Spray
and Cut in Half
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
7 oz. Spinach (Frozen, Chopped, thawed and Squeezed Dry)
3 oz. Mushrooms (Chopped, Stems and Pieces, Drained)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
4 Strips of Turkey Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
Salt & Pepper, to Taste
- 1. Place wraps in muffin wells.
- In a bowl, combine all other ingredients, stirring until
appearance is uniform
- Place filling in each wrap cup until nearly filled.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until eggs are
completely set. Serve warm.
