Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Macadamia Nut Oil

  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked & Shredded

  • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce

  • 4 Whole Wheat 6-inch Tortillas

  • 1 Stalk of Celery, Diced

  • 1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

  • Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese

  • Vinegar, to Taste

  • Olive Oil Mayo, to Taste

Directions

  • Soak chicken in hot sauce and celery as a marinade. If you make this ahead, let mixture sit for one day to get maximum flavor.
  • Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle on cheese and drizzle dressing.
  • Roll and press in panini grill. Serve and enjoy!
