1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cubed
3 Cups Assorted Vegetables, Cubed (Zucchini, Peppers, etc.)
3-4 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
Macadamia Nut Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- Layer vegetables and chicken onto skewers.
- In a plastic bag, marinate skewers with Frank’s hot sauce, garlic, and a touch of macadamia nut oil. (Feel free to experiment to find the combination you like.) Let skewers marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook until the chicken reaches 165 degrees. Remove from grill and serve.
