1 Cup Celery, Chopped
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
3 Cups Beef Stock
1 Cup Tomatoes, Chopped
1-2 Cups Chicken Breast, Chopped
2 Cups White Beans
1-2 Tablespoons Oregano
Red Pepper, to Taste
Black Pepper, to Taste
- Heat pot with macadamia nut oil and cook celery and onion for a 3-4 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for about an hour, checking regularly.
