Prep time




  • 2 100% whole wheat wraps, rectangles, cut into 8 squares

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, grilled and sliced

  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 1/2 cups provolone cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 375℉. Lightly mist 8 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large sauté pan, pour beef broth, add rosemary and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes, add sliced steak to the pan, continue to simmer an additional 5 minutes.
  • Stuff 1 square wrap into each muffin divot, fill with beef and top with provolone cheese.
  • Place in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Remove from the oven, serve with remaining au jus and enjoy!
