Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breast, cooled

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed

  • 1/4 cup dry sundried tomatoes

  • 3-4 Kalamata olives

  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp. tahini

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup goat cheese

  • Pepper

Directions

  • In a food processor, pulse chicken breasts briefly until nicely shredded.
  • Add in remaining ingredients except oil and cheese and pulse, adding a little oil to get the mixture moving.
  • Add feta and goat cheese, pulse until combined. Pulse again and add olive oil until a nice creamy consistency.
  • Serve with a side fresh vegetables.
