2 grilled chicken breast, cooled
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1/4 cup dry sundried tomatoes
3-4 Kalamata olives
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. tahini
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup goat cheese
- In a food processor, pulse chicken breasts briefly until nicely shredded.
- Add in remaining ingredients except oil and cheese and pulse, adding a little oil to get the mixture moving.
- Add feta and goat cheese, pulse until combined. Pulse again and add olive oil until a nice creamy consistency.
- Serve with a side fresh vegetables.
