Ham (or Canadian bacon) is one of my favorite additions to breakfast. It is so easy and flavorful!
This version of a frittata or ‘open face omelette’ is basically just a lazy morning omelette, so tasty, healthy and easy!
Ham & Broccoli FrittataCourse: BreakfastCuisine: FrenchDifficulty: Easy
1 Cup Canadian Bacon or Ham, Diced
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Broccoli, Chopped
- Sauté broccoli and ham or Canadian bacon in a hot pan until ham is brown and broccoli is softened
- Cook eggs in a pan until almost entirely done
- Place broccoli and ham or Canadian bacon on top of egg, sprinkle with cheese and place on baking tray.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes
