1 Small Onion, Sliced
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 lb. Kale, Steamed
1/2 Cup Prosciutto, Fat Trimmed
1-2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 lb. Ham, Cooked & Thinly Sliced
Directions
- In a large skillet, sauté onions, garlic and prosciutto in olive oil until tender.
- When onions are caramelized, add kale. Sauté together.
- Place thinly sliced, heated ham on a plate. Top with sautéed vegetables and a dollop of Dijon mustard. Serve and enjoy!
