Ham Topped with Onion, Prosciutto & Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Onion, Sliced

  • 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

  • 1 lb. Kale, Steamed

  • 1/2 Cup Prosciutto, Fat Trimmed

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced

  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 1/2 lb. Ham, Cooked & Thinly Sliced

Directions

  • In a large skillet, sauté onions, garlic and prosciutto in olive oil until tender.
  • When onions are caramelized, add kale. Sauté together.
  • Place thinly sliced, heated ham on a plate. Top with sautéed vegetables and a dollop of Dijon mustard. Serve and enjoy!
