Lemon-Bourbon Marinated Sirloin Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 8-oz sirloin steaks

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp. hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. whiskey

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. truvia

  • 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning

Directions

  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the steak. Mix well and add to a large bag. Add steak, squishing the bag with your hands to make sure all of the steak is coated. Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Remove steaks and discard marinade.
  • Put steaks on grill over medium heat and cook 15 to 20 minutes for medium-rare or as desired, turning once halfway through.
