1/4 Cup Tarragon
3 Cloves Garlic, Peeled & Halved
1 Teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2-3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
6 Tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- Place chicken, tarragon, rosemary, Italian seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and macadamia nut oil in a plastic bag. Marinade it overnight.
- When chicken is done marinating, place them on the grill.
- Grill for 7 minutes per side until juices are clear and internal temperature is 170 degrees.
