Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Wheat 6-inch Tortillas

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  • Sun Dried Tomatoes, to Taste

  • Fresh Basil Leaves, to Taste

Directions

  • Lay out the tortilla. On one half of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and top with tomatoes and basil.
  • Spread garlic on the other half of the tortilla (like a paste).
  • Roll and press flat.
  • Pop the wrap on the panini grill and press for 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
