4 Whole Wheat 6-inch Tortillas
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Sun Dried Tomatoes, to Taste
Fresh Basil Leaves, to Taste
Directions
- Lay out the tortilla. On one half of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and top with tomatoes and basil.
- Spread garlic on the other half of the tortilla (like a paste).
- Roll and press flat.
- Pop the wrap on the panini grill and press for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
