Ingredients

  • 1-2 oz. Neufchatel Cheese, Room Temperature

  • 1 Cup Brazil Nuts

  • Dried Cranberries, to Taste

  • 1/4 Cup Arugula

  • 1 Teaspoon Truvia

Directions

  • In a food processor add the brazil nuts and pulse for a rough chop.
  • Add the dried cranberries minimally (full of sugar, a little bit can go a long way, so use sparingly).
  • Add cheese and arugula. Pulse until ingredients are well mixed.
