Pork Loin with Bacon & Brussel Sprouts

2 Tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil
1 Cup Onions, Sliced
1/2 Cup Turkey Bacon, Crumbled
1-2 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
1 lb Brussel Sprouts, Trimmed & Quartered
1 1/2 lb. Pork Loin, Boneless & Thinly Sliced
Dried Herbs, to Taste
Directions
- In a skillet, heat macadamia oil with onions, garlic, turkey bacon, hot pepper, and brussels sprouts. Sauté together.
- If it starts to look a little dry, drizzle a little more macadamia nut oil and continue sautéing the vegetables and bacon. Add pinches of herbs and spices to your taste such as oregano, basil, cilantro and/or black pepper.
- Add the pork and sauté everything together. Cook meat thoroughly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
