Pulled Pork Wrap with Toasted Mustard Seed DressingCourse: LunchDifficulty: Easy
4 6″ 100% whole wheat wraps
1 lb pulled pork, fresh or thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 handful baby spinach
Olive oil spray
- Add 1/4 lb of pulled pork to each whole-wheat wrap.
- Top with bareque sauce, cheddar cheese and baby spinach. Roll.
- Lightly dust with olive oil spray and place in Panini grill (or press in sauté pan) for 3-4 minutes. Cut in half and serve!
