Pulled Pork Wrap with Toasted Mustard Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 6″ 100% whole wheat wraps

  • 1 lb pulled pork, fresh or thawed

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • Barbeque sauce

  • 1 handful baby spinach

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  • Add 1/4 lb of pulled pork to each whole-wheat wrap.
  • Top with bareque sauce, cheddar cheese and baby spinach. Roll.
  • Lightly dust with olive oil spray and place in Panini grill (or press in sauté pan) for 3-4 minutes. Cut in half and serve!
