Ingredients

  • 2 cans white beans, rinsed

  • 2 tbsp. fresh garlic

  • 1 whole red pepper

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. 100% whole grain bread crumbs

Directions

  • Pulse beans, garlic and red pepper in a food processor until just chopped.
  • Add oil while pulsing until mixture forms a paste
  • Add bread crumbs and pulse until well incorporated
  • Serve with a side of whole-wheat crackers or fresh vegetables.
