2 cans white beans, rinsed
2 tbsp. fresh garlic
1 whole red pepper
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 tbsp. 100% whole grain bread crumbs
Directions
- Pulse beans, garlic and red pepper in a food processor until just chopped.
- Add oil while pulsing until mixture forms a paste
- Add bread crumbs and pulse until well incorporated
- Serve with a side of whole-wheat crackers or fresh vegetables.
