Sonoran Spiced Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander

  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme

  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper Flakes

  • 4 4oz. Bone-In, Center Cut Pork Chops

  • Cooking Spray

  • 4 Lemon Wedges

Directions

  • Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle spice mixture onto both sides of pork chops and rub very gently into meat.
  • Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, 130 or 140 degrees for medium-rare.
  • Serve with lemon wedges. Trim off fat before eating!
