This super-fast summer dinner is great for a backyard barbeque!

4 sirloin steaks
3 red peppers cut into large pieces
5 whole mushrooms, cut in half
1 zucchini, seeded and cut into large pieces
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp. macadamia nut oil
1/4 tsp. abodo
1 cup fresh salsa
- Slice sirloin into thin strips and thread onto skewers.
- Place all of the vegetables in a large bowl and add Cajun seasoning, abodo and oil; stir gently to coat.
- Place vegetables on the grill first and when just about done, add meat skewers for 2-3 minutes.
- Place vegetables on skewers and serve with a side of salsa.
