Turkey Sausage & White Been Soup

1 Tablespoon Macadamia Nut Oil
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Celery, Chopped
2 Cups White Beans
2 Tablespoons Garlic, Mined
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cups Tomatoes, Diced
1 1/2 Cup Polish Turkey Sausage, Sliced
Directions
- Heat macadamia nut oil in pot. Add celery, onion, garlic and sausage. Sauté together.
- Add tomatoes in, allowing all the vegetables to cook down for a few minutes.
- Pour in beans and broth. Bring to boil and then simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
