He takes great care to sit down with each and every couple to craft a menu that will wow your guests and be custom designed and hyper-locally sourced!

  • Farm to Table Experience like no other!....

    Binksberry Hollow is a full working farm and wedding venue that supports sustainable practices and humane animal treatment. Binksberry Hollow raises pastured poultry hogs in the woods and parterns with local farms to produce pasture-grazed beef. We also have a full-service butcher shop on Farm.     Our 40 acre working farm and wedding venue are surrounded by picturesque pasture land and wooded acreage. Take your waterfront wedding photos on the two ponds or at our stunning waterfall with the east branch of 12 Mile Creek that flows through the property. Or take your farm-style wedding photos in our gorgeous pastures or livestock on farm.

  • Indoor/Outdoor Event Space

    At Binksberry Hollow the entire farm was designed to have the comforts of indoors with access to multiple outdoor areas. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are traditionally served in the market at the hollow space and dinner is served in our tent in front of the back pond. For Dancing and the after-party there are multiple options. All spaces take advantage of different and unique views of the farm.

  • 12 Hours of Full Farm Access

    When you choose Binksberry Hollow for your wedding you are not pressured to a tight time constraint for access to the farm. We allow a full 12 hours for wedding events to take the stress and pressure off your most important day.

  • Full Service Experience

    Binksberry Hollow Weddings are a full service experience with the vast majority of our wedding services provided in-house. Venue, Food, Bar, Staffing, China, Silverware, Glassware, Tables, Chairs, Tent & Linens. You will need to hire Music, Cake, Photographer, Florist, and Day of Coordinator. We will provide you with our Preferred List of Vendors but outside vendors are allowed with approval. No outside food or alcohol is allowed.

Wedding Tasting Event

We are so excited to be hosting your wedding at Binksberry Hollow.

As we discussed with you in either you’re onboarding call or possibly on your tour, we don’t do private tastings …. However, we love having parties! This is our way of inviting you, the bride and groom, and 4 of those who are closest to you to enjoy an evening of food, drink, and relaxation at Binksberry Hollow.

We will be putting together a tasting menu featuring local ingredients just to give you an idea of how we present food and the various flavor profiles available to us from our farm and the Niagara region. This tasting event is not intended to be a way to do menu selection (that is done privately during your menu planning meeting) but rather just an excuse for us to get together and hang out for an evening to enjoy food, drink, conversation, and do a pre-celebration for your upcoming event.

We have limited the total number of people (including the bride and groom) to six so we can accommodate as many brides in our tasting events as possible.

This event is absolutely FREE (compliments of the Binks family) to all booked weddings at Binksberry Hollow.

We look forward to seeing you and spending time socializing at one of our upcoming bridal-tasting events.

Option 3 – Visit Out Butcher Shop For The Butcher Shop Experience

The Butcher Shop Experience

You can reserve a time for the Butcher Shop Experience FREE of charge. And you can visit as many times as you like!

This is a great way to show your wedding event space and property to friends or family members who may not have had a chance to see the space during your tour or attend one of the other on-farm tasting experiences we offer.

This is a great way to purchase some dinner and try the various products that we offer in our butcher shop which showcase the high-quality results we can achieve with our unique farming practices.

This is a also great introduction to what farm-to-table means at Binksberry Hollow. Many of the meat products sold in our butcher shop are featured throughout all of our menus for catered events on the farm.

We want to be able to give everyone who visits the farm a highly curated experience of what Binksberry Hollow’s mission statement is and the tremendously High-quality food that it produces.

During your butcher shop tour experience event, we will explain to you our farming practices and allow you to taste the quality that our methods produce and you can purchase meats directly from our butcher shop when you visit.

  2. How many guests can come?
    • Up to 6 Total Tickets are Included complimentary for our bridal tasting event. We encourage the couple and special guests to attend together!
    • For our chef’s table, it is a maximum of 10 guests.
    • For the butcher shop experience, you can bring as many guests as you like as many times as you like to view the space surroundings and visit the butcher shop to sample the high-quality food that Binksberry Hollow produces
  3. What food will be served at the Bridal Tasting Events?
    • Chef Binks will prepare a seasonal and hyper-local tasting menu for you to experience.
  4. What beverages will be served at the Bridal Tasting Events?
    • A selection of house wines, beer, and signature cocktails.
  5. What If I miss the tasting?
    • Private Tastings are not available, please plan to visit one of the tasting dates in advance
    • If you would like a custom and private tasting, you are welcome to book our Chef’s Table Experience. (See Button Below)
  6. How do I submit my questions?
    • You will receive a comment card to submit your questions and remarks.
    • Chef Binks will personally meet with you to finalize your custom menu selections.
  7. What Is the Cost?
    • Wedding Tasting Events are FREE for the bride and groom and four of their guests
    • Chef’s table is $1500 for up to 10 guests
    • The butcher shop experience is FREE and can also be used as an opportunity to revisit the farm to show the venue setting for your upcoming wedding. You will have the option to purchase anything available in our butcher shop while you are there and will receive a 10% welcome to the family discount for anything purchased during your visit.

You have probably heard us say this to you many times but we truly view every person who visits our farm as family.

We want you to feel comfortable and welcome to visit the farm any time. To visit the farm any time.

You truly cannot go wrong with booking any of the above tasting events. At the very least we would like to see you at our brides only very wedding-focused bridal tasting event. However many brides have already chosen to attend the bridal tasting event, book a chef’s table experience as a micro engagement party, and have visited the butcher shop on multiple occasions.

Whatever you decide is best for you we look forward to seeing you again soon and throughout the entire planning process.
