At Binksberry Hollow we don’t believe in doing standard menus for any events. At our chef’s table, we push the boundaries and experiment with the local bounty that’s available at the time. Our 40-acre farm is where we raise beef, poultry and pork and our partnerships with over 20 farms in Western New York allows us to source and curate a hyper-local signature event sure to wow your guests.
With 40 years of experience as a professional chef with a specialty in catering and events, there is no culinary concept that is out of the realm of possibility for Chef Binks and his team.
Our chef’s table is strictly limited to a maximum seating of 10 guests.
We serve 8-12 courses and the event takes approximately. 3 hours.
This is a prix fixe tasting menu, that we absolutely guarantee when you are finished, you will be stuffed. We don’t really do traditional tasting menus. Courses are very filling which is why we need 3 hours to serve this event.

The menu is custom-built by Chef Binks featuring what is available in season
This is a private curated culinary experience, Binksberry Hollow is not open to the public.
Food Allergies and special dietary considerations are accommodated.
This is NOT a vegan-friendly event or experience.
Meat is served …. in abundance.
The Maximum Group Size is 10 – No Exceptions
We accommodate groups below 10 but the price remains the same
Our chef’s table slots are only available on specific days and times which you will choose when making a deposit to reserve the date.
If you need a specific date that is not available on the calendar that means the event date is either sold out or quite simply unavailable.
If you are not open to trying new and interesting food this event is not for you.
Dates are extremely limited – first come first serve with the deposit only
The total price for this event is $1500 (plus tax) for a maximum of 10 guests and includes non-alcoholic beverages.
Alcohol and wine pairings are available at an additional cost.

We will not hold any dates or book any events over the phone or through email , you must use the reservation and calendar system online to secure your date.
