Great for breakfast, BLTs for lunch, or bacon-wrapped filets for dinner. Sliced not too thick and not too thin. Because of the low water weight, this bacon holds its shape and fries up extra crispy.

Cooking tip:
Because this bacon is not loaded with extra salt or water it will hold its shape perfectly if you follow this simple cooking technique: Take a cookie sheet and put a wire mesh rack on top of it. Lay out the bacon on top of the wire mesh rack and bake at 400° for about 10 to 15 minutes. The bacon will be perfectly crispy on all sides and hold its shape perfectly.
