Is this sausage right for me?
This traditional fresh polish sausage was a staple in our house growing up. It’s not the smoked kielbasa you traditionally see sold in the supermarket and if you’re not a fan of that taste, you may fall in love with Polish sausage all over again. Our polish sausage has a completely different flavor profile. There is a little bit of marjoram in our recipe but not so much that you will hate us if you’re not a big fan.
Packed full of flavor
WNY is an area populated with great sausage makers but for my preference in flavor and consistency, Binksberry’s sausages are my absolute favorite. Leaner, and slightly drier than most, these sausages are packed full of classic Polish flavor; so good they need no condiments.
Our 1st time visiting, and we have enjoyed everything we purchased. The beef was delicious as was the sausage and chicken. Just picked up another order yesterday and will continue to do so. SO Fresh!!!!

Cooked up my Polish Sausage with Bush’s Country Style Baked Beans. What a great combination, the sausage was very tasty, I made all 4 and had two with my dinner and then ate the other two cold in the morning the next day, so good.
