Description
Our Sausage Stuffed Banana Peppers are made using our hot Italian sausage a blend of seven kinds of cheese and stuffed into locally grown hot banana peppers. My goal was to make one of my personal favorite appetizers. These are served on every restaurant menu in Western New York, and for a good reason. Wildly popular and flexible – It can be used as a side for pasta night or as a standalone appetizer at any time. I used the hottest banana peppers I could find along with our hot Italian sausage as a base for this recipe but Hot is highly subjective, it all depends on the pepper.
