Binksberry Hollow is a full working farm and event venue that supports sustainable practices and humane animal treatment. Binksberry Hollow raises pastured poultry, hogs in the woods and pasture-grazed beef. We also have a full-service butcher shop on Farm. Our extended network of local farms allows us to always have the freshest ingredients for custom-designed special event menus. Picturesque Views for the Best Special Event Photos!

Indoor & Outdoor Event Space
At Binksberry Hollow the entire farm was designed to have the comforts of indoors with access to multiple outdoor areas for your special event. Whether you are planning an intimate dinner party for your birthday or anniversary or a Corporate event for your holiday party or fundraiser, everyone will enjoy the gorgeous ambiance of the waterfalls, farm land and crackling fires around the lake! There is no need to worry about weather. For up to 100 guests, all events can be hosted inside.

Our 40 acre working farm and event venue are surrounded by picturesque pasture land and wooded acreage. Take your waterfront event photos on the two ponds or at our stunning waterfall with the east branch of 12 Mile Creek that flows through the property. Or take your farm-style special event photos in our gorgeous pastures or livestock on farm.
Endless Food
You don’t come to a Chef’s farm to eat light. Food and beverage is served to you and your guests from time of arrival with hors d’oeuvres and through dinner, desserts, the after party…. the food doesn’t stop coming at Binksberry Hollow!

Your guests will enjoy Cocktail Hour with an open bar and passed hors d’oeuvres inside The Market (standing capacity for 100) and outside on the gorgeous grounds around the pond, which feature porches, fire pits, and farmland. Your guests will enjoy the scenery and natural beauty of the farm at Binksberry Hollow. Our experienced staff will serve them wherever they wander and you will enjoy cocktail hour as you take photos around the farm!

Reception Locations

The Back 40 Outdoor Event Space

Your reception can take place under the tent (additional rental fee applies) directly adjacent to The Market and can easily accommodate up to 250 guests at round tables. Buffets, Stations, and Family Style Receptions are the most popular and Chef Binks’s team of culinary professionals provides a high level of entertainment value associated with the traditional wood-fired cooking methods used at Binksberry Hollow that will surprise and delight your guests for one of the best meals of their lives!
