Our chef’s table at the butchery is an intimate and interactive space for parties up to 10.
Our market at The Hollow event space is suited for events from 50 to 150 depending on the event service type.
Our back 40 event space is ideally situated to complement The Market at the Hollow event space and is ideally suited for larger tent celebrations.
Kristie and Chef Steven Binks have over 35 years of experience creating one-of-a-kind signature events. All menus feature locally sourced meat and vegetables. Whether it’s chicken, beef or pork from our own farm or one of the 20 other local farms we source vegetables and fruit from, the menu is always sure to be fresh and seasonal. Regardless of the space or event size, interactive live-fire cooking featuring locally sourced meat and vegetables is a mainstay at the Hollow.
