Is this Bundle right for me?
If you’ve never ordered from the Hollow or visited the farm this is a perfect place to start. A mixture of our best-selling items will load up your freezer with delicious meals that could last for weeks. It never hurts when you can save some money to boot.
3 – House Line Beef Tenderloin Steak
This is Mrs. Binks’s favorite steak. This is probably part of the reason why we sell out so quickly – she is always pilfering these steaks from our cooler. Juicy, tender, and almost impossible to get wrong cooking on the grill or in a cast-iron pan. It can be cut into medallions, served as a thick-cut steak, or sliced thin and pan-seared to be served with breakfast. Not as much flavor as a ribeye or strip steak in my humble opinion.
3 – House Line Boneless Ribeye Steak
Ribeye is one of the best cuts of meat. It picks up an incredible flavor because of the extra fat without having to trim away a huge amount of the meat. With no bone, cooking this is a no-brainer. Throw it on your favorite grill and cook to temp, dinner is done.
3 – House Line Boneless NY Strip Steak
Are you from New York or do you like the Las Vegas strip? Either way, this could be the steak for you. It’s one of our favorites around the Binks Family home. Not as fatty as a rib-eye with more texture, and more bite. The flavors are overall a little bit more pronounced.
*Only available for shipping or delivery within New York State. Chickens raised at Binksberry Hollow are slaughtered and processed on premises under our 5A Department Of Agriculture slaughterhouse permit in our inspected poultry abattoir. This allows us to raise, slaughter, process and sell up to 20,000 chickens per year anywhere within New York State but we cannot ship or deliver any of our chicken products across state lines. We’re very sorry if this causes any inconvenience. All of our pork and beef products are derived from USDA-inspected meats and can be shipped anywhere in the US.
