At the end of March it can be tough to find good produce. Sometimes you find tough produce, like this celery. If I had seen this bunch in the grocery I would have passed on it. But I have it, so I am going to use this celery in soup (so it's not going to waste) It won't be in my lunchbox for snacks! Right off the bat I discarded three stalks into the composter because they were yellow and not-good-at-all-looking. Then I de-stringed another stalk to chop into a salad. It had a very strong flavor. Very strong. The remaining bit is going into a soup pot tomorrow. I am looking forward to the flavor they will add to the broth. Overall rating: so-so
