Pickling is a tradition in many cultures but has been a lost art in recent times. In this workshop, Participants will learn the basic of pickling by making vegetable pickles.
This workshop will be led by a trained CCE Master Food Preserver and will be both a presentation and a hands-on group learning experience.
Participants will take samples home and enjoy a snack prepared by Chef Binks.
All course materials are included in the workshop fee of $50.00 per person.
Registration is required and limited.
This workshop is designed for adults ages 18+.
No children or pets are allowed.
