Savory Breakfast Sausage
I was making a special breakfast for friends and I wanted to provide a meat sampler to go with the German Pancake ( aka Dutch Baby) with sautéed apples.
I used Binksberry bacon, Binksberry apple sausage links , and Binksberry savory breakfast Pattie’s.
The folks I prepared the breakfast for were blown away with everything I prepared for them. They couldn’t get over the breakfast meat sampler. I, too, had the meats and I loved all of them particularity the sausage patty. The seasoning in the patty was spot on and the best I have ever had.
The couple are now devoted customers of Binksberry Hollow!
