We are so excited to be hosting your wedding at Binksberry Hollow.
As we discussed with you in either you’re onboarding call or possibly on your tour, we don’t do private tastings …. However, we love having parties! This is our way of inviting you, the bride and groom, and 4 of those who are closest to you to enjoy an evening of food, drink, and relaxation at Binksberry Hollow.
We will be putting together a menu featuring local ingredients just to give you an idea of how we present food and the various flavor profiles available to us from our farm and the Niagara region. This bridal open house event is not intended to be a way to do menu selection (that is done privately during your menu planning meeting) but rather just an excuse for us to get together and hang out for an evening to enjoy food, drink, conversation, and do a pre-celebration for your upcoming event.
We have limited the total number of people (including the bride and groom) to six so we can accommodate as many brides in our tasting events as possible.
This event is absolutely FREE (compliments of the Binks family) to all booked weddings at Binksberry Hollow.
