Is this sausage right for me?
Mozzarella, fresh basil, and sun-dried tomatoes really set this Italian-inspired sausage above the rest. A strong, balanced flavor profile with a punch of sun-dried tomato in the beginning and a light fresh basil finish. Not too spicy and loaded with flavor – it’s going to be hard to decide whether you want to eat this sausage alone on a bun, or added to spice up one of your favorite dishes.
Far be it from me to tell you how to cook anything from The Hollow, but this sausage goes well cooked, sliced, and added to a portion of fresh pasta with garlic, olive oil, butter, and fresh tomato for a light summery midweek meal.
