Tip from the Kitchen for this week’s CSA bundle: this week’s menu is easy and fun and flavor-packed. Our Ground Beef is super flexible and can be incorporated into many dinner favorites. Our Chicken Thighs can be baked in the oven, grilled, or made into chicken cacciatore. Marinate the peppers, onion, and tomato with your favorite dressing for a side salad. This farm share bundle is put together specifically focusing on dinner. We always try to put together combinations that will make complete meals like chuck roast and vegetables for a perfect slow-cooked meal. or meatballs and pasta with tomatoes for spaghetti night burgers for grilling or chicken for roasting.
With our breakfast lunch dinner and snack CSA farm shares, many customers choose to order more than one. We try to design all of our meal-centered offerings to make approximately 4-6 meals. So if you need help with breakfast lunch dinner or snacks we have you covered. Feel free to order in any combination or any quantity to fit the necessities for your family.
Remember you can always ala carte add any available items in stock on our website to your farm share bundle or order. If you are ordering for the first time any à la carte items added to your order will not be on your weekly subscription. You will have to come back and place an order for additional items each week. We will combine your order with your existing subscription and deliver them both together! This gives you the flexibility to add on as a separate order each week to fortify your CSA / farm share subscription box.
CSA / Farm Shares are delivered FREE Tuesday through Thursday based on your delivery location. You will be notified by email when your delivery day is based on your zone. Northern, Southern, and Eastern zones are explained Here
Can also choose on-farm pick-up for your CSA orders at Binksberry Hollow. Pick-up hours are Saturday and Sunday between nine and three. In the summertime, you’ll be able to pick up your CSA orders at the Williamsville Farmer’s market on Main Street in Williamsville.
