This is cut from our house line of beef and is sourced from Ford Brothers Meats in West Valley NY and derived from USDA Hereford cows. Our house line is our way of keeping the most popular cuts of beef in stock when our hyper-locally sourced limited dry-age signature line is short in supply. Our house line is very high quality but a more cost-effective way to get beef on the dinner table.

Is this right for me?
The standing rib roast is a traditional favorite around the holidays or for special occasions. At Binksberry Hollow we can tie or truss this with two separate methods. Either by removing the bone and then standing the rib vertically to protect and even out the cooking or a traditional tied method with the bone still attached.
Great experience, great product
The rib roast we got was excellent and the service provided exceeded expectations. We will definitely shop there for great cuts of meat againL
Standing Rib Roast
The Standing Rib Roast was AMAZING!!!!!
fantastic
Fantastic cut of bone in rib roast
We had a small 3 person Christmas dinner and Binksberry cut us a beautiful 4.5 lb rib roast. I made it with simple garlic studding, rubbed with olive oil, salt, and pepper to let the favor of the beef dominate the entree. The individual portions were tender and moist with amazing flavor. One of these rib roasts will be on our list for Christmas next year.
