This dish comes together very quickly and has virtually no cleanup!
Asian-Style Tuna SteaksCourse: DinnerDifficulty: Easy
4 6-ounce tuna steaks
8 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups sugar snap peas
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. wasabi powder
1/2 tsp. Truvia
- Dust tuna steaks with olive oil spray, salt and pepper. Grill 3-4 minutes, turning half way through.
- Heat macadamia nut oil and sesame oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute; add beans, sauté 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and Truvia, sauté 1 minute more.
- Serve green beans over tuna with a dollop of wasabi.
