Pork Loin with Turkey Bacon & Brussel Sprouts

Pork Loin with Bacon & Brussel Sprouts

Prep time




  • 2 Tablespoons Macadamia Nut Oil

  • 1 Cup Onions, Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Turkey Bacon, Crumbled

  • 1-2 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts, Trimmed & Quartered

  • 1 1/2 lb. Pork Loin, Boneless & Thinly Sliced

  • Dried Herbs, to Taste


  • In a skillet, heat macadamia oil with onions, garlic, turkey bacon, hot pepper, and brussels sprouts. Sauté together.
  • If it starts to look a little dry, drizzle a little more macadamia nut oil and continue sautéing the vegetables and bacon. Add pinches of herbs and spices to your taste such as oregano, basil, cilantro and/or black pepper.
  • Add the pork and sauté everything together. Cook meat thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
