Make your Panini healthy by using dense 100% whole grain bread with seeds in it!
Roast Beef with Arugula & Horseradish PaniniCourse: LunchDifficulty: Easy
2 100% whole wheat wraps
1/2 lb roast beef
1/2 roast pork loin
2 handfuls arugula
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
4 tbsp. Dijon horseradish mustard
- Cut the whole-wheat wraps in half and spray the grilled side with olive oil spray. Turn over and spread top and bottom with Dijon horseradish mustard.
- Add a handful of arugula to the bottom of each Panini, followed by roast beef and pork loin, distribution evenly between both. Press the top down to seal.
- Place both in the Panini grill or in a sauté pan, pressing with a plate, slice in half and serve!
