1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper Flakes
4 4oz. Bone-In, Center Cut Pork Chops
Cooking Spray
4 Lemon Wedges
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle spice mixture onto both sides of pork chops and rub very gently into meat.
- Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, 130 or 140 degrees for medium-rare.
- Serve with lemon wedges. Trim off fat before eating!
