Turkey Sausage & White Been Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Macadamia Nut Oil

  • 1 Cup Onion, Chopped

  • 1 Cup Celery, Chopped

  • 2 Cups White Beans

  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic, Mined

  • 1 Can Chicken Broth

  • 1 1/2 Cups Tomatoes, Diced

  • 1 1/2 Cup Polish Turkey Sausage, Sliced

Directions

  • Heat macadamia nut oil in pot. Add celery, onion, garlic and sausage. Sauté together.
  • Add tomatoes in, allowing all the vegetables to cook down for a few minutes.
  • Pour in beans and broth. Bring to boil and then simmer for a few minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
